Richard Harkless, Project Manager
Mr. Harkless has over 35 years experience in the civil engineering field focusing on project management and design of private development and transportation type projects. He has been responsible for all aspects, including site planning, rezoning/ zoning compliance consultation, grading, storm, sanitary & water design and periodic construction inspections, along with all of the design and CAD work necessary to complete a project from conception through construction. His projects include private residential, commercial and industrial developments and public roadways.
